Tracks your learning on
How it works
From scattered courses
to a clear direction.
Set your destination
Pick a goal - a specific role, a promotion, a project you want to build. Give it a rough sense of where you're starting. That's it.
Let it learn you
The extension runs in the background as you learn across your usual platforms. Everything it picks up goes into your skill profile.
Get your next 5 moves
MySkillRoad generates a ranked, explained list of what to learn next — tailored to exactly where you are and where you're going.
The map moves with you
As you learn and give feedback, the roadmap sharpens. The more you use it, the more accurate it gets.
Features
Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.
Start with where you want to be
Tell MySkillRoad your target role - AI engineer, backend dev, data scientist. It builds backwards from there, not forward from zero.
It watches, you just learn
A lightweight browser extension quietly tracks your activity on Udemy, Coursera, YouTube, and more. No manual logging.
A profile that updates continuously
Your skill profile isn't a snapshot. It decays stale knowledge, weights recent activity, and stays accurate over time.
5-7 next steps - not 50
Every recommendation comes with a reason. Not just 'learn Docker' but why it unblocks you specifically, right now.
The difference
A paper map shows everyone the same roads.
A GPS knows where you're starting from.
roadmap.sh, YouTube tutorials, and “complete guide” articles are great starting points. But once you're past the beginning, you need something that knows you - not everyone.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from roadmap.sh?+
roadmap.sh shows everyone the same roads. MySkillRoad is a GPS — it knows where you're starting from, what you've already covered, and routes you accordingly. No duplication, no guessing.
Which learning platforms does it track?+
We're starting with Udemy, Coursera, and YouTube. More integrations are on the roadmap. You can also manually add things you learned before using the tool.
Is my learning data private?+
Completely. Everything the tool learns about you belongs to you — you can view, edit, and export it at any time. We never sell your data.
Do I have to log every course I take?+
Nope. The whole point is passive. The extension handles detection. You can also override or add manual entries for older learning.
When is it launching?+
We're in active development, heads-down on the MVP. Drop your email and you'll be first to access it when we open early access.
